I’m so disappointed that I didn’t find this brand sooner. I’m a new mom, and I live in Phutari’s chill jams. They are so comfortable, I can wear them all day and night. With a little one my priority is to wear clothes that are softer and more comfortable. The prints are so cute, it literally lights up my day when I wear them. Mom’s often plan the whole day around their babies but this one thing in the day is just mine and when I dress up (even if it for a nap session with my baby) I feel happy and positive. I have 7 chill jams, 1 for each day of the week. I often step out wearing them with my little one. Thank you for bringing such good quality product in the market.

Amazing quality pure cotton and very comfortable.. i wore it all daily and didnt feel wearing anything heavy.. its breathable. Color is so preety and i order 2 more.. We currently reside in USA and we ordered online and requested to send the package to our family in Mohali , kharar. The Phutari team dispatched the package on time and all the details about tracking was very easy and transparent to look at.
Little background about our time in August 2025 in Mohali and experience with courier ! (Our family just moved there due to.job switch so it was new for us)
But let me tell you , we recently got back from Mohali ( we were there in August ) in sept. Any package my mom sent from Pune or I ordered online was almost 10 -15days delayed with a reason " customer refused " 🤯. The courier company DTDC and one other company i forget the name wouldn't even tell us that in which branch is our package in at Mohali or Chandigarh or planet Jupiter? We would be home all day to only know that we refused to accept the parcel. After trillion calls and begging which turned in threatening by me , they would say " Madam , it was raining so our boy couldn't come ". Let me tell you .... IT DIDNT RAIN
My mom and I went down to their language and made them give us the address so we could go pick it up ourselves which we did !
Had to give you all some background to express my gratitude and love to Team Phutari.
So I genuinely thought that maybe due to.weather there might have been labor issues with courier ppl so without thinking much I reorder this package for delivery in Mohali , Kharar. It was suppose to reach on a Friday. It reached Kharar on Thursday ( 1 day before) and 3-4 days the courier guy said to team Phutari that "Customer refused to accept all 4 times they knocked the door " so we brought it back.. now I am checking with family just in case and telling Team Phutari . And Team Phutari is calling each day 45-60mins to courier company to express the concern. Finally a week later I told team Phutari that just leave it , maybe next time ill just have it delivered to my mom than my in-laws ( they were sending us a package and had some space to.send more so we had it shipped there this time). And Team Phutari took this matter even more seriously , that 2 days later after being non stop on call with the courier company they got this package delivered ! I had lost all hope but Team Phutari stood by till the very end.
Selling a product is one thing but ensuring it reaches the Customer is another and I haven't known many companies in India that stand by it . I mean no one can be calling every single day after all there are more things to.handle right?
All I can say is that I am CERTAINLY a proud Phutari member and dil se Thank you for all the efforts. All the outfits are wonderful awesome and worth the wait ! Will get more soon and ship to Pune hehehe!
