Return & Exchange

We want you to love your Phutari purchase! 💛 But if something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return & exchange policy works:

Cancellation before shipping: 

If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order by emailing us at connect@phutari.co.in.

  • In case of a prepaid order, a credit note will be issued within 7 days of the cancellation request.
  • Important: Post shipping - If a prepaid parcel is undelivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse and a credit note will then be issued after deducting INR 100 towards shipping charges.

Cancellation and returns/ exchange post shipping of the order: 

Timeline: Please email Customer Care at connect@phutari.co.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Return requests placed after 7 days will not be eligible. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Important: Returns are only processed as an exchange or a credit note once the product is received and passes quality verification.

Return Shipping:

  • We can arrange a reverse pickup for you at a nominal charge of INR 100.
  • Alternatively, You may ship the product back to us using any reputed courier and share the tracking ID with us.
  • Please note: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Please hand over only the correct item for Phutari returns. We are not responsible for incorrect items given by mistake; additional shipping charges may apply. 
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to us yourself.

Important: Returns/Exchange services will be provided only once per order.

You can exchange or return the product(s) purchased from us, provided they meet the following mandatory conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Quilts, dohars, bed linen, and baby quilts/dohars are final-sale items, unless they arrive damaged from our side. Each piece is carefully checked before leaving our studio.
  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please share images of the parcel and product with us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Please Note: We check all the products thoroughly before dispatch. Any complaints of cuts, tear etc on the product post delivery will not be exchanged. However an investigation can be done, depending on the case.

Non-Refundable Fees & Services:

  • Shipping fee, Express/Priority Shipping fee, Customization charges, Alteration charges & Gift Packing charges are non-refundable.
  • Phutari Gift cards are non-refundable.
