Cancellation before shipping: If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order by email email@example.com
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded within 7 days of the return request.
Cancellation and returns/ exchange post receipt of product: If you wish to return the product after it has been delivered to you in full, the following conditions apply.
1. Please email Customer Care within 3 days of receiving your parcel (e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org). We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Return requests placed after 3 days of receiving your order will not be eligible. We process the return in either an exchange or a credit note after receiving and verifying the quality of the product.
2. To return the product back to us, either the customer can ship it back to us through any reputed courier company and share the tracking ID with us, alternatively if the customer wants Phutari to initiate the return, then there would be a nominal charge of Rs 200 only. Please note: Return shipping is borne by the customer.
3. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition. Requests for washed products, used or damaged products will not be entertained.
4. We do not accept returns for Quilts, Dohars, Bed linen, Baby Quilts/Dohars, unless damaged by Phutari. Our Team checks all these products before dispatching it to the clients. Requests on these products will not be entertained.
5. Discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange.
6. In case you find your products damaged or missing post-delivery, please contact us with images of the parcel bag and product within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Damages or items missing reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Products should not be used or washed.
Please Note: We check all the products thoroughly before dispatch. Any complaints of cuts, tear etc on the product post delivery will not be exchanged. However an investigation can be done, depending on the case.
7. Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they have been especially custom-made for you.
8. Shipping fee, Express/Priority Shipping fee, Customization charges, Alteration charges & Gift Packing charges are non-refundable.
