  • Free shipping is available for orders of INR 1000 or more. Orders where free shipping applies, are not expedited. For orders that are lower than 1000/-, a convenience charge of Rs. 100 applies.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • We are committed to delivering products within 5-7 business days of the order being confirmed. If you're ordering from a very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 10 days. Note: These time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings.
  • All items are shipped within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Phutari, are committed to it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please call us on +91 9520319444 or 9520307333 (9AM – 6PM) or mail us at connect@phutari.co.in , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.
