International Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Phutari purchase! 💛 But if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

Cancellation Before Shipping:
If your order (or certain items within it) hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel by emailing us at connect@phutari.co.in. A credit note will be issued within 7 days of your cancellation request.

Returns & Exchanges After Shipping:
Timeline: Email us at connect@phutari.co.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel. The returned shipment must reach us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Important: Returns are processed as a credit note valid for one year, issued only after the product is received and passes our quality checks. A nominal $20 USD delivery fee applies when redeeming the credit note.

Return Shipping:
Customers are required to send items back via Registered Post (preferably with tracking). Return shipping charges and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions:
Returns or exchanges are not applicable on quilts, bedsheets, dohars, free-size items, accessories, or any sale items (final sale).

International returns may take longer to reach us. We appreciate your patience while we process your request.


Return Conditions

You can return product(s) purchased from us only if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact.

  • Products must be unused and unwashed.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for return.

  • We must receive the return shipment within 30 days of your return request approval.


Missing or Damage Policy

We thoroughly inspect every product before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please share images of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
