International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide to all locations.

  • A flat shipping fee of USD 20 applies to all orders below USD 199.

  • Orders above USD 199 enjoy free worldwide shipping.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
Customs charges (if any) are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These duties/taxes are determined by your country and must be paid by you at the time of delivery. Our shipping partner will collect them directly.

Please note: Many shipping partners charge an additional service fee when they pay customs duties on your behalf. This fee will be presented along with the customs amount and is also to be borne by you.
To avoid this service fee, you can contact the shipping partner using your tracking number once the parcel reaches your country and request to handle the customs clearance yourself.

Delivery Timelines:
Our standard delivery time is 14-21 working days. Delays may occur due to customs or border checks, which are outside our control.

Receiving Your Shipment:
Please track your parcel using the tracking details provided. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping partner will notify you—you must coordinate a new delivery date/time.

If an order remains uncollected and is returned to us, we will deduct two-way shipping costs and any forward/return customs duties/taxes. The balance can be issued as a store credit or refunded to your original payment method.
